Windows/Shading

For the last few weeks, Bob and myself have been working on the reports for windows and shading. It has been coming together pretty well, with several options as well as the math and other empirical proof needed to back up the recommendations. The last thing we're working on now is clearing up the language and correctly citing the sources. After this, we should be ready for another move upwards in the revision report.
